Recording unipolar electrograms from the His bundle position is optimized using an inferior vena cava anode for a better signal-to-noise ratio. This method improves His bundle ablation catheter positioning during electrophysiology studies.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the impact of different anode locations on unipolar electrograms recorded from the His bundle position.
