Background:

Psoriasiform Keratosis is a rare clinic entity with unknown etiopathogenesis.
It typically presents as a solitary, scaly or keratotic papule or plaque, predominantly on extremities.
Histopathological features are similar to psoriasis.

Observation:

A 70-year-old woman presented with a solitary, asymptomatic keratotic plaque on her left leg.
The lesion was unresponsive to topical corticosteroid treatment.

Findings:

Excisional biopsy was performed for diagnosis.
Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of Psoriasiform Keratosis.

Implications:

This case highlights the clinical presentation and diagnostic approach for Psoriasiform Keratosis.
Further research into the etiopathogenesis of this rare condition is warranted.
