Gestational lung adenocarcinoma is rare but increasing with maternal age. This case involved advanced cancer diagnosed late in pregnancy, leading to a fatal outcome shortly after delivery.

Gestational cancers impact patients and families significantly, occurring in approximately 1 in 100 pregnancies.
Lung cancers during pregnancy are uncommon but rising due to increased mean maternal age.

Observation:

A case of gestational lung adenocarcinoma diagnosed in the third trimester of pregnancy.
The cancer had metastasized to the liver and ovaries.
The patient underwent cesarean section delivery.

Findings:

The patient experienced a fatal outcome within days after childbirth.
Advanced gestational lung adenocarcinoma presents a grave prognosis.
