  • Anastomosis of afferent arteries to digital arteries and efferent veins to dorsal veins ensured adequate flap perfusion.

  • This method achieves satisfactory cosmetic and functional results, improving patient outcomes in complex hand trauma.
  • The technique highlights the potential of venous flaps in challenging soft tissue reconstruction scenarios.
