Clinical correlations of microstructural changes in progressive supranuclear palsy

Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) patients exhibit significant white matter damage. Fronto-cerebellar white matter loss correlates with executive cognitive deficits in PSP, suggesting cerebellar disconnection contributes to cognitive impairment.
