Cerebral venous thrombosis and myeloproliferative neoplasms: results from two large databases

Cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) has a weak association with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs). Routine MPN screening in CVT patients without overt myeloproliferative features may not be necessary.
