To assess the current informatics competency levels among nurse managers.
To identify key variables influencing nurse managers' informatics competencies.

A questionnaire was administered to 68 nurse managers.
Data collected included demographic information and nursing informatics competency.
Multiple linear regression analysis was used to identify influencing factors.

Nurse managers' informatics competency was found to be in the moderate range (mean score 77.65 ± 8.14).
Higher education levels correlated with increased informatics competency.
