Effects of diabetic HDL on endothelial cell function

Dysfunctional high-density lipoprotein (HDL) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) impairs endothelial cell function and repair. Diabetic HDL (D-HDL) exhibits reduced protective abilities and promotes adverse endothelial cell behaviors.
