Summary

Adult zebrafish exhibit significant short-term memory retention, even with long inter-stimulus intervals (ISI). This study establishes a foundation for high-throughput screening of memory-altering drugs or mutations in zebrafish.

Purpose of the Study:

  • Adult zebrafish were exposed to animated conspecific images at 1-minute intervals over ten trials.
