Decrease of event-related delta oscillations in euthymic patients with bipolar disorder

Euthymic bipolar patients exhibit reduced delta oscillations during cognitive tasks, similar to other neuropsychiatric conditions. This finding suggests decreased delta activity may be a common biomarker for cognitive dysfunction across disorders.
