KLF13 cooperates with c-Maf to regulate IL-4 expression in CD4+ T cells

Background:

• Kruppel-like factor (KLF) 13 is known to regulate chemokine RANTES expression in T cells.
• The role of KLF13 in T helper 2 (Th2) cytokine regulation is not fully understood.

Purpose of the Study:

• To investigate the role of KLF13 in the expression of Interleukin-4 (IL-4) in CD4(+) T cells.
• To elucidate the mechanism by which KLF13 regulates IL-4 production and Th2 cell differentiation.
