KLF13 cooperates with c-Maf to regulate IL-4 expression in CD4+ T cells

Kruppel-like factor (KLF) 13 regulates the expression of Interleukin-4 (IL-4) in CD4(+) T cells. KLF13 directly binds to the IL-4 promoter, promoting Th2 cell differentiation and IL-4 production.

- Kruppel-like factor (KLF) 13 is known to regulate chemokine RANTES expression in T cells.

- These findings identify KLF13 as a novel factor involved in Th2 immune responses.
