Midazolam premedication in attenuating ketamine psychic sequelae

Midazolam premedication effectively reduces the psychological side effects of ketamine anesthesia, such as delirium and unpleasant dreams. This study found 100% patient acceptability for ketamine anesthesia when combined with midazolam.
