Genetic aberrations in phyllodes tumours of the breast correlate with clinical behaviour. Increased chromosomal abnormalities, amplifications (e.g., EGFR), and deletions (e.g., CDKN2A) were found in aggressive phyllodes tumours, aiding targeted therapy development.
