[Heterologous artificial insemination in Guatemala]

An artificial insemination with donor program was used in 92 couples. Twelve patients abandoned treatment. Seventy nine couples concluded, at least one year treatment. Pregnancy rate was 68% (62 pregnancies). Ten patients had previously been pregnant with the same method.
