A new high-throughput screening assay using NFK Green allows for the evaluation of Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO1) and tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase (TDO) inhibitors. This assay reveals cross-reactivity issues with existing drug candidates.
