    Summary

    This study describes pigment-containing posterior pole lesions in children. Inflammatory signs suggest reactive pathogenesis, with angiography and electro-oculography aiding diagnosis.

    • Pigment-containing tumefactions of the posterior pole are rare pediatric ocular conditions.
