Targeted thyroid testing during pregnancy in clinical practice

Targeted thyroid testing during pregnancy showed no difference in elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels compared to untested women. This approach is unsatisfactory, suggesting universal screening may be better if TSH treatment is supported.
