ADAM33 polymorphisms and susceptibility to allergic rhinitis: a meta-analysis

Genetic variations in ADAM33 (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 33) influence allergic rhinitis (AR) risk. Specifically, ADAM33 T1, T2, V4, and Q-1 polymorphisms are identified as significant risk factors for AR susceptibility.
