Background:

Conventional treatments for missing mandibular incisors include porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM), Maryland, and fiber-reinforced composite bridges.
Prostheses with metal substructures can present aesthetic disadvantages, such as incisal graying.

Observation:

A clinical case report describes the use of an InCeram resin bonded fixed partial denture (RBFPD) for mandibular anterior tooth replacement.
This restoration is noted for its minimally invasive nature.

Findings:

The InCeram bridge effectively replaces missing mandibular anterior teeth.
This technique eliminates the undesirable incisal graying often seen with metal-based RBFPDs.
The method preserves sound tooth structure through a minimally invasive approach.

Implications:

InCeram RBFPD offers a viable, aesthetically pleasing alternative for replacing mandibular anterior teeth.
This approach addresses limitations of traditional metal-containing restorations.
It supports the preservation of natural tooth structure in restorative dentistry.
