Ferritin content in human thrombocytes

Radioimmunoassay Ferritin RIA Amersham designed for the determination of splenic ferritin was used to examine the concentration of ferritin in the thrombocytes of normal subjects. The amount of 10(8) thrombocytes contained 0.62 ng of ferritin on the average.
