Cerebral infarction associated with accessory middle cerebral arteries: two case reports

Accessory middle cerebral arteries (AMCAs) are rare variants that can cause cerebral infarction in the middle cerebral artery (MCA) territory. Recognizing AMCAs is crucial for diagnosing MCA ischemic stroke, particularly in the hyperacute phase.
