[Opportunities of electrogastroenterography in pediatric gastroenterological practice]
Unlabelled:
The aim of the investigation is to identify opportunities electrogastroenterography (EGEG) in the survey and individualization treatment of children with inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
Materials And Methods:
We examined five children 10-15 years apparatus Gastroskan-HEV standard overlay electrodes. All children were treated with chronic gastritis in hospital. This diagnosis was confirmed by fibrogastrocopy. The study was conducted in the morning after fasting for 10-12 hours hunger for 40 minutes, and starting in 5-6 minutes after application of the electrodes. Investigated the maximal fluctuations in the range 3.5-4.2 and minimal changes.
Results:
All children identified acceleration motor-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract on the background of hypersecretory reaction.
Conclusion:
EGEG method is noninvasive, has no contraindications and is well tolerated, allowing multiple examine patients regardless of their age and the severity of the condition and correct the assigned therapy.
