Summary

Granular cell tumors (GCTs) are rare neural tumors, usually benign. This case report details an inguinal GCT mimicking malignancy, emphasizing diagnostic considerations for ulcerated nodules.

  • Granular cell tumors (GCTs) are uncommon neoplasms of presumed neural origin.
