  • To investigate the impact of eight weeks of MBSR on sustained attention.
  • To compare MBSR to an active control (Health Enhancement Program - HEP).
  • To determine if home practice correlates with attention improvements.

  • Visual continuous performance task (CPT) used to measure attention.
  • 63 community participants randomized to MBSR (n=31) or HEP (n=32).
