Coexisting glomerular IgA deposition and IgG-kappa multiple myeloma

This study reports a rare case of IgG-kappa multiple myeloma (MM) with coexisting IgA deposition in the kidneys. Treatment led to remission, highlighting a unique presentation of myeloma-related kidney disease.
