Pulmonary involvement in ankylosing spondylitis assessed by multidetector computed tomography

Multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) reveals common lung abnormalities in ankylosing spondylitis (AS) patients, even those without symptoms or pulmonary function test (PFT) changes, aiding early detection.
