Genital self-mutilation, a symptom of borderline personality disorder, presents as a urological and psychiatric emergency. Prompt surgical and psychiatric intervention is crucial for favorable outcomes in these critical cases.

  • One patient presented with penile edema due to a metallic ring, while the other had a dorsal penile wound with vascular damage.

Findings:
