Background:

Cervical aortic arch is an uncommon congenital abnormality of the aorta.
It is occasionally associated with other cardiac and aortic malformations.

Observation:

This paper presents two distinct cases involving a left cervical aortic arch.
Case 1: Association with a fusiform aneurysm of the aortic arch.
Case 2: Association with multiple coarctations of the aorta.

Findings:

The study highlights the coexistence of cervical aortic arch with significant aortic pathologies.
