Summary

This study reports multiple immunoglobulin-bound enzymes (macroenzymes) in an AIDS patient. Ultrafiltration (UF) proved more reliable than polyethylene glycol (PEG) precipitation for detecting macroenzymes in cases of hypergammaglobulinemia.
