Summary

Oral verrucous hyperplasia, a rare premalignant lesion, may precede verrucous carcinoma. This case report details the diagnosis and successful treatment of oral verrucous hyperplasia using a buccal fat pad graft.

The oral verrucous hyperplasia was accurately diagnosed.
Treatment involved the successful use of a buccal fat pad autograft.
