3D dynamic pituitary MR imaging with CAIPIRINHA: initial experience and comparison with 2D dynamic MR imaging

Three-dimensional (3D) dynamic pituitary magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using controlled aliasing in parallel imaging results in higher acceleration (CAIPIRINHA) significantly improves visualization of the posterior lobe and stalk compared to 2D dynamic MRI.
