Interstitial twin pregnancy: A unique case presentation

• The surgical management of the twin interstitial pregnancy was complicated by infundibulopelvic ligament hemorrhage.
• An ipsilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was required due to the hemorrhage.
• The patient recovered well following the surgical intervention and was discharged the next day.
