Dietary patterns and mortality in a Chinese population

A vegetable-, fruit-, and soy-rich (VFS) dietary pattern is linked to lower mortality risk. Conversely, a dim sum- and meat-rich (DSM) pattern is associated with increased cardiovascular disease and cancer mortality, especially in smokers.
