    • To assess how different racquet sizes and ball compressions affect children's forehand groundstroke ability.
    • To provide evidence-based recommendations for junior tennis equipment selection.

    Main Methods:

    • Quantitative, repeated-measures experimental design.
    • Children performed forehand hitting tasks with 9 racquet-ball combinations (3 sizes x 3 compressions).
