Super-resolution fluorescence microscopy (SRFM) provides a better resolution than conventional fluorescence microscopy by reducing the point spread function (PSF). Summary

This study introduces ultrasound-modulated fluorescence (UMF) imaging using microbubble contrast agents for enhanced molecular imaging. The novel approach successfully extracts weak fluorescent signals from scattering tissues, achieving ultrasound resolution.
