Objective:
The objective of the study was to provide current definitions and managing posthepatectomy liver failure (PHLF) as per severity and ISGLS grading.
Method:
A systemic search of pubmed indexed articles was done and relevant articles were selected to formulate latest guidelines for PHLF.
Conclusion:
We were able to make an algorithm for standardizing management so as to identify and treat PHLF as early as possible.
