Interobserver variability by pathologists in the distinction between cellular fibroadenomas and phyllodes tumors

Distinguishing cellular fibroadenomas from phyllodes tumors is challenging for pathologists. However, there is strong agreement when differentiating benign from malignant phyllodes tumors.
