Summary

Obinutuzumab plus chlorambucil showed improved progression-free survival in newly diagnosed chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients compared to rituximab. While infusion reactions and neutropenia were more frequent, obinutuzumab is a promising option for CLL treatment.
