Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) significantly impacts the vestibulocollic reflex and vestibulo-ocular reflex, with dysfunction increasing as the disease progresses. Early detection of neurological involvement in HIV-positive individuals may be aided by combining specific vestibular tests.
