[Indicators for nursing: is a rereading on the positive side possible?]

A "positive" interpretation of the indicators presented in the previous contribution is proposed, with specific emphasis on the lack of nursing manpower and the absence of career perspectives. A working plan is outlined, to allow a preliminary focusing on the priorities and steps which could contribute to the transformation of suggestions, which could otherwise appear provocative, into an operational program.
