Summary

Do-Not-Resuscitate Comfort Care (DNRCC) patients received less aggressive care, while DNR Comfort Care-Arrest (DNRCC-Arrest) patients maintained aggressive interventions. Both groups received increased comfort care, with no significant cost differences compared to non-DNR patients.
