[Primary and secondary prevention through a public agency]

In our work we have tried to realize an oral prevention program in a public body. From 1978 to 1983 we observed 1489 children from 6 to 11 years old. Our positive results show that also all public structures should organize a complete prevention program to obtain a diminution of DMF indexes.
