Lymph node and skin biopsies are crucial for diagnosing Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and identifying Kaposi's sarcoma. Authors performed 69 biopsies under local anesthesia with precautions for Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)-positive patients.
