    • The use of Bulgarian articular elements (TCE) facilitated soft contact, stabilization, and controlled sinking of conical telescopes.
    • The prosthesis successfully addressed the complex challenges of severe tooth mobility and significant bone resorption.

    Implications:

    • This prosthetic approach offers a viable solution for complex restorative cases with compromised abutments.
    • The design principles may be applicable to other challenging periodontal and prosthetic situations.
    • Further research could explore long-term outcomes and material variations for such prostheses.
