Drug-resistant MS spasticity treatment with Sativex(®) add-on and driving ability

This study found that Sativex(®), a spray containing delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), did not impair driving ability in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients. The treatment also significantly improved MS spasticity.
