Patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMO-SD) frequently experience lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and voiding dysfunction. Detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia (DSD) and detrusor overactivity (DO) are common urodynamic findings, worsening with disease severity.
