Electroencephalogram Neurofeedback therapy (EEG-NFT) significantly improved cognition and reduced symptoms in young traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients. The treatment also induced measurable in vivo structural and functional brain changes.

Conclusions:
- EEG-NFT therapy induces significant structural and functional connectivity changes in young, moderately injured TBI patients.
