Summary

The Dutch HIPEC protocol improved outcomes for Cytoreductive Surgery (CRS) and Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC). Post-protocol implementation saw reduced morbidity and increased complete cytoreductions for peritoneal carcinomatosis and pseudomyxoma peritonei.
