Surgeon experience significantly reduces operative time for medialization thyroplasty (MT). However, increased experience did not correlate with improved voice outcomes like maximum phonation time or reduced vocal jitter.

- To evaluate the learning curve associated with medialization thyroplasty (MT) using the Montgomery® implant.
