Summary

Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) showed significant differences in bone volume compared to deproteinized bovine bone graft (DBBG) and biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP). DBBG and BCP are recommended for sufficient bone augmentation in guided bone regeneration.
